Shipping & Returns


  • Shipping is $5.95 or FREE for purchases over $100 (before tax).
  • All items ship within 1-2 business days; you'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.


  • Items are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Once your return is received, it will be processed within 3 business days.  A store credit or refund will be issued at that time. 
  • Items must be new and not worn or used, with the tags still intact, free of odors, stains, and blemishes.
  • You must email to complete the return/exchange form prior to sending an item back.
  • In the event of a damaged item, you must contact Sarah within 5 days of receiving the item.

Final Sale Items

  • Items not eligible for return include final sale (prices ending in .97), deal of the day, mystery items, jewelry, holiday or items purchased in order to receive a free item.
